Founded by Kieran and Brad in 2014, we started in the Bay of Plenty and have grown steadily, delivering every project with care, professionalism, and practical expertise.

Based in Tauranga, our team uses quality products and innovative solutions to keep commercial systems running efficiently. Brad is a Company Director with extensive industry knowledge and experience. He oversees projects on-site and works closely with key stakeholders at an operational level. With a strong foundation as a plumber, drainlayer, and gasfitter, Brad brings practical insight to every project. Known for his problem-solving ability and forward-thinking approach, he consistently drives efficient processes and cost-effective outcomes. A natural leader, Brad leads from within, setting high standards and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest quality.

Kieran Rutherford

Managing Director
Kieran is a Company Director who combines extensive industry experience with strong local relationships to deliver exceptional service to Aquaholics clients. He is highly client-focused, ensuring stakeholders are well informed and projects run smoothly from start to finish. Kieran’s proactive approach and attention to detail have helped build Aquaholics’ strong client base across the Bay of Plenty. His responsibilities include pricing and tendering projects, sourcing new work, contract negotiation, and providing hydraulic design services.

Maintenance Manager
Leading our maintenance team, Jarad brings extensive industry expertise and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. His depth of plumbing knowledge enables him to quickly diagnose and resolve even the most complex issues. Jarad is also known for his approachable manner and clear communication, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout every stage of the job. His leadership and dedication make him a highly valued member of the Aquaholics team.

Director
Jess oversees all financial operations at Aquaholics, including budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and compliance. She leads the admin and accounts team with a hands-on approach, always ready to step in and support the wider business wherever needed.

Jarod Watton

Estimator
Jarod oversees all aspects of project estimating, including ECI, negotiation, and tendering. He also manages the financial side of projects, from variations to claims, and is involved in project management tasks such as technical inquiries, RFIs, and material procurement. With a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach, Jarod ensures every project runs efficiently and is delivered on time.
